The margin of error is +/- 3.2 percentage points among adults; +/- 4.8 percentage points among those familiar with terms of the budget deal. Party ID breakdown: 48% Democrat; 19% Republican; 30% Independent. Ideology: 45% Moderate; 24% Liberal; 22% Conservative.
