A Virginia lawmaker has introduced a bill that seeks to restrict abortion. The bill would change Virginia law to say that life begins at conception. It is called the Personhood Bill. The bill's sponsor says it would not outlaw abortion, but it sets a path to get there. Do you support or oppose this bill?
