Poll Watch: Rasmussen (R) Nevada 2012 Senatorial Survey

  • Shelley Berkley (D) 40% (40%)
Survey of 500 Nevada voters was conducted April 30, 2012. The margin of error is +/- 4.5 percentage points.  Results from the poll conducted March 19, 2012 are in parentheses.

Inside the numbers:
Heller holds a double-digit lead against Berkley among male voters in Nevada, but the candidates are virtually even among female voters.

The Republican holds a 61% to 25% lead among voters in the state not affiliated with either major political party.

Twenty-three percent (23%) of Nevada voters hold a Very Favorable view of Heller, while 15% view the Republican Very Unfavorably.

For Berkley, the reviews are 17% Very Favorable, 25% Very Unfavorable.

Heller’s unfavorables are up slightly from last month, while both positive and negative ratings for Berkley also have inched up.
