Survey of approximately 1,300 likely voters was conducted September 2-8, 2012. The margin of error is +/- 3 percentage points. Inside the numbers:
The president’s job approval in the swing states is currently 49%. That’s back up to where it was a week ago. Fifty-one percent (51%) disapprove. Those figures include 27% who strongly approve and 43% who strongly disapprove.
