Survey of 500 Nevada voters was conducted September 18, 2012. The margin of error is +/- 4.5 percentage points.  Results from the poll conducted July 24, 2012 are in curly brackets.  Results from the poll conducted April 30, 2012 are in square brackets.  Results from the poll conducted March 19, 2012 are in parentheses.

Inside the numbers:
Heller earns 86% support from Nevada Republicans, while Berkley has the backing of just 79% of the state’s Democrats. Fifteen percent (15%) of Nevada Democrats remain undecided. Voters not affiliated with either party favor the Republican by 14 points, but 26% of these voters are either undecided or like a third-party option.

Heller leads by five points among male voters and trails by three among female voters. Voters in all age demographics are evenly divided between the two candidates.
