As you may know, Californians will also be asked to vote on several ballot measures this year. One of them, Proposition 19, deals with marijuana. A "yes" vote would allow people over 21 to possess, cultivate or transport marijuana within California. A "no" vote would retain current California laws which make marijuana illegal. If the election were held today, would you vote yes or no on Proposition 19?
Survey of 888 likely voters was conducted October 20-26, 2010. The margin of error is +/- 3.5 percentage points. Results from the poll conducted September 24-28, 2010 are in square brackets. Click here to view full results and crosstabs.
