Survey of 500 likely Nevada voters was conducted October 15, 2012. Inside the numbers:
Ninety-one percent (91%) of Likely Voters in the Silver State say they are certain to vote in this year’s election. Among those voters, Heller leads 51% to 43%.
Heller, a congressman who was appointed to the Senate last year following the resignation of Republican John Ensign, has the support of 86% of Nevada Republicans. Berkley, a member of Congress since 1999, is backed by 80% of the state's Democrats. Among voters not affiliated with either party, it’s Berkley 46%, Heller 44%.
